These are pretty good, i've been taking them for about two weeks.
They give you a lot of energy, and helped my memory and consentration.
Also, they didn't bother my stomach like some of the other products i've tryed.
I use them before working out and take two or three like they say before any activitys.
I think this is a pretty good product, plus they donate to organizations that help the enviroment. :)
